In 2019, Ekopet JSC joined the National Project “Labor Productivity and Employment Support”. Step by step, the Company has been successfully implementing instruments aimed at increasing labor productivity. On July 09, 2020, an information center (INFOCENTER) was opened at Ekopet JSC - a necessary element of both the production system and the efficiency management system of the Company as a whole.

Now, not only as a leading PET producer, but also as a company ready to present its products at a high level in the world. Ekopet JSC was successfully certified with a mark "Made in Russia" of the Voluntary Certification System. The experts of the Russian Export Center conducted an independent assessment of competencies and foreign economic potential of the company, and tested its products for compliance with Russian legislation.

Given the current epidemiological situation in the world, as well as acting in accordance with the Decree of the Moscow Mayor, employees of the Moscow office of Ekopet Group of Companies were promptly transferred to the remote mode of work.

Within the framework of the regional project “Supporting employment and improving the efficiency of the labor market to ensure increase of labor efficiency”, a workshop of the educational program “Applicable law on accreditation in the national accreditation system.

Export Growth Accelerator is a unique program providing business representatives with practical skills in effectively structuring an export project, minimizing risks and reducing costs, using state support tools for replication and scaling-up of the company’s export activities.

Employees of the University and the Center for the Development of Children’s Modern Competencies introduced the delegation participants to the scientific laboratories of the Institute of Living Systems, modern training classrooms, current projects and state-of-the-art equipment.

On October 30-31, 2019, Margarita Vilenskaya, Head of HR Department of Ekopet JSC and Ilya Savchenkov, Onboarding Specialist, participated in the Third Onboarding Forum 2019 which was held in Moscow as speakers with the topic of their report “How not to lose a newcomer on the way? ”

October 23-24, 2019 passed for company executives of Ekopet JSC in a completely new format. A strategic session dedicated to team building was held on the territory of the administrative building.

A delegation from Ekopet JSC headed by CEO of the company visited the 21^st international specialized trade fair for plastics and rubber, and processing equipment - K-2019 (Dusseldorf, Germany).

On September 24-25, 2019, the workshop “Requirements of ISO standards 14001:2015 and 45001:2018” was held on the site of Ekopet JSC within the framework of a single integrated approach to building a workable and efficient integrated management system to achieve the company's goals in the field of occupational health, safety and environment at the enterprise.
