The company Ekopet JSC pays special attention to the conservation and protection of the environment. The company minimized the negative environmental consequences of production activities; a continuous process has been established to improve work to reduce the harmful effects of production on the environment within the framework of the approved "Environmental Protection and Ecological Safety Management System".

The policy in the field of the environmental protection and environmental safety management system (hereinafter referred to as the SEA and EB) is developed on the basis of a comprehensive assessment of the enterprise’s activities within the framework of the functioning of the SEA and EB, taking into account the goals and objectives of the enterprise in the field of environmental protection.

The determination of the key objectives of the enterprise policy in the field of environmental management system and electronic safety (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is based on:

assessment of compliance of the enterprise with current legislation;
monitoring and evaluation of the current activities of the enterprise in the field of environmental protection;
commitments to improve environmental management;
identifying priority problems of environmental safety, the health of workers, environmental activities, the most significant environmental aspects, risks and dangers;
assessment of resources (material, human) in order to determine the ability of the enterprise to make changes to the environmental management system and electronic equipment;
cost estimates for the introduction of new technologies, equipment, etc. within the framework of identification of significant environmental aspects, risks and dangers, as well as in the framework of management decisions aimed at preventing their impact and economic efficiency of activities in the framework of the functioning and improvement of the environmental management system and environmental management;
introducing the tools and methods of modern management, on which the strategy for improving the environmental management system and electronic safety is built.

The laboratory of the enterprise analyzes air and wastewater. Production facilities and treatment facilities operate in accordance with the design and technical documentation, sanitary and epidemiological norms and rules. The definition of policies in the field of electronic energy is associated with the following areas of strategic development of the enterprise:

increasing competitiveness through the release of environmentally friendly products;
response to changing customer requirements;
strengthening the company's position in the market;
recognition of electronic business as an integral component of a company's competitive advantage.
