EKOPET JSC JOINED THE NATIONAL PROJECT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF LABOUR PRODUCTIVITY
The goal of this project is to increase efficiency of production and of the entire enterprise as a whole.

The area of terephthalic acid loading, separation of raw materials and finished products supervised by the chief technologist’s department was selected as a pilot production stream for creating a sample site. At the selected site, employees of our company, together with FCC experts streamline the current production process: they map the stream (graphically displaying its current state and target state), identify problem areas and find solutions to eliminate them, carry out time-checking and implement improvements. The results achieved in the reference plot will be transmitted to other divisions of the plant.
